Can you even imagine this is a condo somewhere in Bangkok Thailand

They look so super spacious just like landed house  o.o

If you notice the material that not commonly used in residential 

-  cement board wall finishing

This material is more on commercial usage because it is a raw material 

Due to most of us may prefer cozy and warm feeling home instead of sleek looking

As you can see the connection space between them is quite a big grout 

which leads to dust and cleaning issue 

It may be vary in design, some of them are slightly rough on surface

Besides, cement board is quote by weight per square feet 

and it is twice as heavy as gypsum board - leads to cost issue

(please kindly advice otherwise)

While on the other hand, what you pay is what you get

Although it may be a little bit pricey but it is highly durable

not to say water proof but done a great job in absorbing moisture and quick drying 

Last but not least, minimal movement under thermal stress.

If this is your type and budget is not an issue

Please be bold to try out cement board as your design material
